This policy covers the brutant.com website and the apps and games Brutant publishes. The short version: our apps are built to work without collecting, storing or sharing your personal data, and this website does not use cookies or analytics.

Who we are

Our apps and games

  • No personal data. Our apps have no accounts, no sign-in, no advertising, no analytics and no tracking. We do not receive information about you or how you use them.
  • Your progress stays on your device. Scores, progress and settings are saved only in the app’s storage on your phone or tablet. They are never sent to us, and deleting the app deletes them.
  • Device features. If an app uses a feature of your device, such as motion sensors for steering, it is used only while you play and only for that purpose. Nothing is stored or sent anywhere.
  • Purchases. Any purchase is handled entirely by Apple (App Store) or Google (Google Play) under their own privacy policies. We never receive your payment details. The stores share aggregated, anonymous sales reports with us.
  • Test versions. We sometimes share test versions with a small group of people. They follow this policy. Tests run through Apple TestFlight or Google Play testing may collect crash and usage information under Apple’s or Google’s own policies.

This website

brutant.com uses no cookies, no analytics and no third-party scripts. Fonts are served from our own site. Our hosting provider, Netlify, processes standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type and the page requested) to deliver the site and keep it secure, under its own privacy policy.

Email

If you email us, we receive your email address and whatever you write, and use them only to reply to you. Our email is hosted by Google Workspace. We keep correspondence for as long as needed to handle your request and meet legal record-keeping obligations.

Children

Our apps collect no personal data from anyone, including children.

Your rights

Under the Turkish Personal Data Protection Law (KVKK No. 6698) and, where it applies, the EU General Data Protection Regulation, you can ask what personal data we hold about you, and ask us to correct or delete it. Because our apps collect no personal data, in practice this only concerns emails you have sent us. Write to privacy@brutant.com. You can also complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Authority (KVKK) or your local data protection authority.

Changes

If this policy changes, we will update this page and the date at the top. If an app ever needs to handle personal data, we will describe it here before that version is released.
